(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); This is an awesome idea posted by one of my friends. I'd really appreciate it if you go over there and give your thoughts.

I'll quote it here but if you have anything really benificial to say post it on the Black Ops forum Winky Winky

Inspired by Arkham Asylum, I had an idea to improve CoD multiplayer. A variation bonus for killing via different method, ie, stabbing then grenading then shooting.

Start by shooting someone with primary gun: no bonus
Then stab someone: +50 variation bonus
Then grenade someone: +100 variation bonus
Then grenade someone else: Lose running variation bonus.

The idea is that it's meant to help stray people away from hiding in hotspots with their guns just waiting on others, it'd (hopefully) encourage them to make the most of their equipment, get better with their secondary guns, just generally make it a more all round experience.

Obviously you'd have to incorporate a limit of some sort, say +200, and prevent multi kills (say 2 with 1 grenade) from stopping the variation count (half second delay?), but I think it's a pretty solid idea that would really benefit the community, and I can't imagine the code being that difficult either. Also would need to find ways of preventing people abusing it and such, lots to consider, maybe reduce the bonus to +25 increments if it seems too much.

I created this account to make the suggestion, hence the post count. I hope you can all see passed it.
If you like the idea, or have any additional suggestions, post away. Please rate the thread with your opinion

K firstly if i camped then i could just take the gun of the person i killed and used it get xp..

Now that we got past that, the reason i don't like it is because i see the long term effects of things im not like the rest of the cattle that just mindlessly like shinny new things without thinking of repercussions. For you to assume i camp because i don't want everybody being 10th prestige lv whatever in 3 days is funny IMO.

Levels should be earned not given to you and FYI did you know 96% of NGU liked the idea of commando before mw2 came out. Did you also know a good load liked the idea of OMA. I was against them from the start and oh? look they're ruining the game now.

Oh and btw for your number 70, 10 different ppl didn't even post.

It also states a cap of like 200xp, and you get buzzkill, payback, headshot etc nearly every kill for doing absolutely nothing and that doesn't make it easier to level up. This way you have to actually do something to get the extra xp.

But I didn't think of people camping in a corner and picking up the guy they killed weapon, I'll mention it to Pinch.

Did you also know that 99% of statistics are made up?

Lol there was a poll on ngu but either way quadroupling xp is nothing right?..and the reason it dosn't make it easier to level up is because it only seems like that, mw2 has the most xp to level which is why it feels like it didn't do anything but it does.

Dosn't matter arguing it'll never happen.

Not really, its just like Buzz kill, Payback and all that except slightly more complicated.
And besides your not a game developer so you don't really know how easy/hard it is to do something Winky Winky

The game is almost near completition plus do you even know how much time they would take to test that? A lot of time.
