The maps will be $15 For all of em as i heard on the forums on treyarch.com. But then again It might be smarter to pre-order hardened if you want the maps.

Its rumored that they will be released as DLC which is probable, plus thats probably how the Hardened/Presitge Edition gives it to you, with a redeemable code.
