By how much? 20%? 5%? And scrambler, "How far can I be before they can see their radar clearly? 20 meters? 10 feet? I want Black ops to include these little things because it would help me a lot in choosing what perks I want to use. But now you can learn to quick scope without using a perk that basically does it for you! This will separate the true quick-scopers from the wannabes :p

maybe, but i have only ever played mw2, and quick scoping cannot be done without sleight of hand pro, was it done in previous cod games just without the perk?

Yes it was, but you could aim down your scope faster in previous call of duty's faster than mw2 without sleight of hand pro.
