Tier One Perks - Lightweight. Scavenger. Ghost. Flak Jacket. Hardline.
Tier Two Perks - Hardened. Scout. Steady Aim. Sleight of Hand. Warlord.
Tactical Grenades - Willy Pete. Nova Gas. Flash Bang. Concussion. Decoy. Willy Pete is smoke.
Tier Three - Marathon. Ninja. Second Chance. Hacker. Tactical Mask.
Lethal Grenades - Tomahawk. Frag. Semtex.
Launchers - M72. RPG. Strela. China Lake.
Pistols - ASP, M1911, Makarov, Python.
Equiptment - Camera Spike, C4, TI. Jammer, Motion sensor, Claymore.
Ballistic Knife and Crossbow special secondaries.
Warlord is a perk just like bling from MW2

There is a "Combat training" mode which means that you can practice with robots! You get different ranks for this.
Snow Map called Summit
Scrambler is a piece of equipment
Deployables. "camera spike" gives you remote camera view, droppable jammer, motion sensor
Perks will have an effect on how your multiplayer model looks.
Death machine-- heavy machine gun. Grim Reaper-- rocket launcher. RC-XD

COD POINTS- replaces level unlocks. In-game currency?
Everytime you play you earn COD points (money/currency) to spend in the Black Ops universe; contracts look to be blast and unique
New contract system replaces challenges
"Wager Match" is four new modes that make you put CodPoints on the line. There are 4 game modes like this
Stick and Stones match - Tomahawk, Knife, and Crossbow only
Custom reticles, clan tags on your weapon
FLAME-THROWER!
Emblem editor and theater mode. You can also buy emblems with CodPoints!
Snow levels, jungle levels, urban areas
Xbox Live - Inside Xbox will have a video tomorrow that features theater mode.
Some sniper scopes have multiple zoom lengths
You can now drive Killstreaks in MP

Flamethrower is an attachment that you buy with the COD Points for 750.
