As said in the video, Wager Matches are four new FFA based game types that are supposed to deliver a lot of adrenaline and apparently "get you pumped".

What happens is, every player puts their Black Ops credits into a pot and the player who achieves 1st place then earns all of the money that was placed in the pot.
IMO this sounds like an amazing idea and I cannot wait to play it.

Game Modes:

One in the Chamber - This game mode seems like it has the most tension. Every player starts off with a pistol and only one bullet in their pistol. Once they kill someone they then take their bullet. If you shoot and miss then the only way you can kill someone is by melee.

Sticks and Stones - In this game mode, every player is equipped with a Crossbow, Ballistic Knife, and a Tomahawk. If a player is killed with a Tomahawk then they become bankrupt. IMO I think this game mode looks like it would be for more of the players that enjoy knifing and it seems like a game mode made for fun rather than experience.

Sharpshooter - Every player starts off with the same weapon and a different weapon is cycled throughout the match. They all get cycled the same exact weapon which they can only use to kill enemies.

Gun Game - Similar to Sharpshooter but, every player starts off with a pistol. Once a player gets a certain amount of kills with their current weapon they progress with the next higher weapon. Once knifed you get sent back a gun (Tier).

Lightweight Pro
Sleight of Hand Pro

After seeing all of this, I am positive they will be releasing a beta. If a beta is announced, it will be an Xbox 360 exclusive! Go Microsoft! =D
