So, the first things you guys should know that are brand new on Call of Duty: Black Ops, to be able to understand the rest of this thread is:

* Weapons are no unlock-table. They are purchased.
* You will earn COD Points while you play.
* There are many new added game mode.


Lets get started about the NEW trailer that has come out. You can find it here. This trailer has many new things that we have never seen before in a Call of Duty! Many things go throw my head right, when I am watching it.

So, game mods mention on the new trailer are all Free-For-All. There are 4 type of Free-For-All:

One in the Chamber: Every one spawns with a pistol, that only has 1 bullet. You only have 3 life as well. Your objective is to kill every one. Now, the tricky part is that the only time you will receive an "extra" bullet after shooting your first, is by killing that person with your pistol or to knife attack them.

Stick and Stones: You are equipped with only crossbows, ballistic knife and a newer version of a throwing knife. If you kill some one with the throwing knife you bankrupt that player.

Gun Game: Every time you kill some you will change to a weapon upgrade. The first one to reach the last weapons win! But be careful, if you get knifed you get set back one gun when you re-spawn! (You will only switch by 20 times!)

Sharp Shooter: All players will start with a random selected weapon. You will be able to use that gun a for a specific amount of time, until every one gets their weapon switched to a different one. Every 'switch', you will also be given a perk to use it with it.

Some new add-ons on the game are: (The list might not be in order, because I am adding as I am getting more information!)

* Thermal Scopes are back. But improved.
* There WILL be PRO perks
* Snipers do have scopes with ajustable zoom.
* There is perks from preview games like: Marathon (Pro), Lightweight (Pro), Sleight of Hand (Pro).
* There is a new Embleem Maker. Make custom emblem!
* Confirmed Trailer Weapons.
* Good bye commando.
* Akimbo are back. As Dual Whield
* Bling is back. As Multiple Attachments
* Record Game
* Short (blurry) online gameplay.

Thermal Scopes: Lets start with the first on out list. Thermal scopes are back. I have puted thermal scopes away from any other category because it was really concidered annoying on Modern Warfare 2. On the trailer here, you can see at 2:41. It is a blueish color, than a white with a black spot in the middle.

Pro Perks:
Pro perks are back! Notice all over the right side of the trailer around 0:59. There are many other parts where it shows pro perks. But that is a good example.

Snipers with adjustable scopes: Some snipers have been confirm to have ajustable scopes. This came from the inside of the convention center.

There are old perks, from older Call of Duty: There is old perks from the older Call of Duty. And those perks include:

* Lightweight
* Sleight of Hand

Yes. They can all be pro!

Emblem Maker: Design your own emblem! You have various selection to add, to make your emblem as cool as possible.

The first perk selections are the following:

* Scavenger - Pick-Up ammo out of dead body -

* FlakJacket - Reduces Explosives -
* Hardline - Reduces kill-streak amount for a specific kill streak -

Ghost is similar to the cold-blooded perk and FlakJacket was seen in Call of Duty: World at War, it reduces explosive damage.

Just to let you know hardened is not stopping power, at least that's what Hutch said in his video he just posted. There is no stopping power or juggernaut in Black Ops, and I'm pretty sure of that.
