The reason that Treyarch wont have zombies is for a very simple reason. They don't want to be seen as the people that make a good zombie game, they want to be seen for their multiplayer and online gameplay. They don't want everyone looking forward to a zombie mode, they want people looking forward to their new online features like contracts and new gametypes. They want to be seen as Call of Duty, not Left for Dead.

This may be true, Zombie mode will probably not be in Black Ops, but I have a feeling they will do something along the "horde/defend the house" type kind of mode solely because it was such a seller in World At War. I myself, do think they will include it but who knows, you may be right.

whether zombies is in or out i think everyone will try all the new features and all the new stufff no matter what

Why they will have zombies: It was the selling point in WAW.

They WILL have zombies.It was a HUGE reason people bpught map packs!It made them like 2000$+.

listen, if they wanted to make money off of this they would make it into it's own little game like left for dead, which they probably have thought about and might be doing.

thats weird because when I pre ordered my hardened edition it told me I got 4 old zombie maps ahaha

Treyarch is a Call of Duty only company at the moment. I doubt they would branch out from what they are doing (which is already successful) to make a whole new game.
