it says prestige level 14
not 14 prestige (also known as level 14 on prestige 1)

It probably means that after you prestige once, you get it at level 14. Like how you unlocked prestige challenges in mw2 after you prstiged once.

i doubt there will be more than 10 prestiges. all cod games end at 10th prestige. and if there were 14 prestiges, why would they pick 14th as the final prestige?

5 prestiges is to short 14 is to long it'll be 10.why would they change it?

No, I think it's meant like "Unlocked after you prestige and hit level 14"
