They should encourage people to ditch their k/d and play the objective if anything, FFS Treyarch.
That's two things wrong now with a game that could have been a classic.

I wish people would stop complaining about this game. Maybe there's things that have gone wrong, but weigh them up with the things they've put right and you've got an amazing game! Everybody should just stop whining about the tiny details that could promote camping and just learn to enjoy something which has taken a group of people 2 years to create. It's selfish to complain.

I agree there's way too much whining about stupid shit when the game is not even out yet, but i also have to agree with what was said about K/D ratios, i also think Treyarch should stay away from influencing amazing K/Dr's. If you do get more points for a better kdr then it is going to promote camping, but ffs! Play and enjoy it, campers will always be present, just deal with it. Think of it like this, at least theres no HBS!!!!

Don't you guys understand? Treyarch isn't ruining the game! We are! Th community is ruining the game.

Remember CoD4? It was all fine until the holidays. Little kids got on and completely destroyed the game. It died down atfter 2 months

It shouldnt really be an ingame thing it should be more of a status bar that would appear after a game in the lobby menu or when the last score board appears and if you get more cod points the higher you k/d is then its a bit naff but then again it might level out from the people actually trying to complete the tasks set - All in all no ones actually played black ops yet bar a few vips so why are people on this site saying the games ruined......? Some people are a bit gay if you ask me

WaW WAS a great game but nobdy gave it a chance cos the lack of stuff (Camo etc).

quite frankly I'd rather play a cod game for 20+ with plenty of gore lol
maybe that way I wont get little b*tch kids screaming and singing down the mics and nearly crying over getting shoot all the time>>

If they didnt display your kills or deaths on the scoreboard until the end of the game...that would discourage camping IMO.

But they say a good KD gets you COD points...capping flags, planting bombs and shooting down air support could also get you a lot of COD points.

Stop bitching, the game isn't out yet.
