It is confirmed to be only unlocked after you reach the 14th (and final) prestige. A couple of hawks with telescopes on the official forums noticed that it said that (except for the parentheses).

oh cool, thanks for the info. atleast you wont see noobs running around with it then (since there wont be a prestige hack in the game)

Can someone tell me in What COD game it was actually called 8th Prestige... Are people assuming that Prestige Level 14 means 14th prestige? As far as im aware in no call of duty game is it specifically stated 14th Prestige anywhere I believe on on leaderboards its simply a symbol... how do we know that internally its not actually called Prestige Level 14?
