Yes it is, but how it will be implemented is unknown. Whether it will be the same name account but for instance my PSN for example Praktice21X(1) like in Resistance 2, or whether it will be like Halo for 360 and be able to sign into another account for the other player. Only time will tell

I reckon it will be like this, although it was either JD_2020 or David who said there seperate team programming for PS3 .
