Go to Gknova6.com and enter you age. You have to be 18+

That website was made my Treyarch. They never told us but people looked into the site and it lead to Treyarch.

There's various accounts of youtube taking GKNOVA6 based video's down due to liscensing issues with Activision

I thought that but there are civilian zombies in lab coats too, there's some bits of footage not in the WAW trailers and what have you

There are some parts where the doctors are running. I also saw some zombie doctors. It looks pretty real to me but we all have different opinions.
