They've already confirmed that they'll be the same but with added extra which they haven't revealed yet. Could be new perk machines or anything. Just look at the pack-a-punch machine. That was a new feature compared to Shi No Numa. So 'exactly the same' is a stupid way to describe it, really.

If you didn't see the new picture od Der Reise, there is a hidden room in it. I'm guessing it's the door outside of teleporter C. That's my opinion of what the room is.
