I can't imagine that. That would mean Deep Impact and Stopping Power in one perk, which is ridiculously unbalanced. Treyarch are contempt on balancing the game, they wouldn't be stupid enough to do that

hopefully it wont giv ur gun more damage like in mw2 and hopefully u cant spray through every piece of cover w/ it or w/ out it

there is NO stopping power. When you shoot through a wall, and you have this perk on, your bullets penetrate the wall easier

maybe beeing aible to shot trough more walls or trough objects that you cant shot trough normally?
