Yea I have seen it, don't think it means anything though, you probably start the match in a closed room and zombies are banging on the door to get in, just another treat from treyarch

I noticed that the first them I watched it.

saw it the first time in the very beginning hes a scientist writing something on the glass then he leaves then couple seconds later he comes back as a zombie banging on the window
