Umm FYI, snipers were always OSK without SP (excluding Jug or Silencer attachment)..

With SP, all is done is increase damage to where you can get OSKs on the abdomen+ unlike without SP where OSKs are only the chest+

Who knows how the sniper rifles are treated in Black Ops, whether it's chest area or abdomen for OSKs

Snipers have always been 1 hit kills, like in MW2 the Barrett and Intervention will drop in one shot w/o Stopping Power when shot in the Chest or Head. With Stopping Power the Barrett becomes one shot to the abdomen also, and there's always random hitmarkers for balance issues. If it was always one shot with SP on MW2, a bunch of faggots would use Marathon SP Commando with a Barrett ACOG scope and piss everyone off.

I bet were still gonna see hit markers out the ass. They uped the damage snipers do and got rid of stopping power. Also the best sniper is the one that requires you to buy all the other ones first im pretty sure. Is it just more or does it seem like MW2 and BO seem like they have less options when it comes to sniping?

You still get hit markers on the limbs genius.
