Its much quicker than normal, meaning they have given snipers a built in sleight of hand its hard to tell as yet, if it will be like cod4 or mw2, but i hope it is as fast as seen in the gameplay

Yeah but it fades in pretty quick so instead of actually not ADS most the time you will.

Buh With Other Snipers Maybe Slower/Faster! But With Slieght Of Hand PRO It Will Not Have Any Effect On The Snipers At All
