I dont understand why people need to hack/pirate to get it early. Plus its a great way to get banned from XBL ect...

With what happened with MW2 last year, I doubt the B.O. servers will even be up. So even if you get it early through some mom & pop, the servers might not be up they will probably say there "doing maintenance" on it in anticipation of the big launch to cover it up.

This could be the case, although i doubt its a process of just flicking a switch and the servers are up and running, will probably take a few hours. So the likelihood is that they will be on atleast a few hours before midnight release at the very latest. My opinion is that they'll be up a few days early.

Yeah they should be up by midnight, but like every big game release we will put those dedicated servers to the test and see if they hold up. Last year people were playing MW2 online the Saturday & Sun before the release day I don't know if they will let that happen again.

Who knows mate, we'll just have to wait and find out

i was thinking this aswell but they would also have to put the server up 1-5 hours b4 midnight to make sure they are fully working and the gotta have extra servers for the first couple of weeks seeing as every cod gets played by alot of the population
