They don't seem OP at all.
Just think about a harrier on MW2, that usually gets around a few kills and you have to use up one of your gun slots just to take it down, with this you can hear them coming for you and you don't have to use up one of your gun slots to kill it and its pretty easy to kill too unless you... suck at the game
