So is the only possible way to get it is by knowing a developer? Or can you jtag it or what? I don't understand.

They would have to be finished the game by now. Unless there is some major bug they had just found out about, I'm going to assume theres thousands of discs already made. Either waiting to be sent to stores, or possibly already in stores. And there is a possibility that someone that was helping out with getting them to stores (packaging, shipping, basically anywhere from when it was put on the disc to it arriving at a store) could have snuck one or two.

But the rest of us will have to wait unfortunately.....
