I Pre-Ordered mine at a store called Play-N-Trade, it's new around my area.. they're not as popular as Gamestop or EB Games, and I still have to wait 'til the release to get it -.-'

Here's a quote from my sales rep before you call "BS":
"Activision just recently informed us that we will not be receiving Call of Duty: Black Ops before Monday, November 8. I will not be able to ship out copies to arrive before street date (Tuesday, November 9). They have decided to not allow any Distributors to get it before then due to the amount of street date violations with Modern Warfare 2."
Activision doesn't care about small businesses and how fast they can stock their shelves or update their websites.
Only large retailers like Best Buy, Gamestop, Amazon, etc who have their own distribution hubs will get the game early because that's where Activision's money comes from.
