This video shows proof that there are indeed 50 levels in black ops lower than CoD4 WAW AND MW2 so you can bet that the experience points between levels will be larger than it has been. In 0:08 you can see the guy that called in the RC-XD is Level 50 5 star commander and that shows it is maximum level.
