The Map is called "Kino Der Toten" (Theater of the Dead) which is a flashback level so its not fake. People jtagged their Xboxes to get the full version of the game. This is real gameplay, go look at other threads. I'm pretty sure they have the same footage its just that this one is

apparently there is a new type of zombie, cant wait to see how it behaves or takes part in the multiplayer plus there's a supposed storyline which should be good
