The hatch seems like it will be very strategic in SnD and Demo, since there is a bomb down there. This will close off a major entry point to the bomb and make it much harder to defuse. Also in Demo it could make it harder to protect the bomb, as you will need to take longer to get back down there if you die. Either way it seems like it will be balanced for both teams

The rocket, I believe is launched by a player since I saw someone get a kill with it :y:. This might be very strategic also, although I haven't seen too many gameplays with the rocket being launched.
You also have the conveyor belt on radiation that is somewhat of an interactive element. Even though it can't be turned on and off, it seems like it will be an interesting shortcut/deathtrap.
