Few facts TREYARCH KNOWS, the "ISO" is out and so are legit copies of XBOX & PS3..TREYARCH also put the SERVERS online so a RESET is almost a sure thing come Midnight Nov 8th. There not stupid there not going to let happen this year what happened last year with MW2.

They wouldn't do that. If you have a legit copy it's the retailers fault. Some kid could have just gone to a local game shop and bought it because it looks cool without knowing it isn't supposed to be released yet.

They don't have copies out on shelves, although that does make sense because they could ask for one not knowing its not out yet so they check in the back and find one.

I used to work at a BlockBuster GameRush when GTA San Andreas came out, and we HAD the game for like a week before we could actually sell it. So most likely, stores have the game right now in the back.

If you got banned for having a retail version of the game before it came out, then you would be fighting a long (maybe short) battle with your lullaby being "the guy at the store was selling it early, how is it my fault that i wasn't suppose to play online to its release date" which you would probly win if you got proof of purchase..

Far as ISO i hope they reset leaderboards, when i first bought mw2, i was already ranked 100,000 but got to the low 50ks easy since everyone had suck at first
