It doesnt matter what prestige you are... Once u unlock the "Camos" section you can buy any camo as long as u have enough Cod points... Prestiging will only get u a new rank and a new "CREATE A CLASS" slot u can stay prestige 0 and have everything unlocked if u want... I suggest going all the way to the last prestige cause its more fun =)

Oh yea and i doubt there are going to be 14 or more pretiges Im sure there are only 10
