No dude, theres an ISO of the game for xbox 360 leaked on the internet. If you have a flashed xbox 360 then you can burn it and play it. I just beat the campaign a few minutes ago.

Oh yea and that^ iv seen alot of people with proof of the case etc but are you gunna buy the actual game or keep the pirate version? i have some questions like can you update and can they tell if its a pirate lol,

I'm considering buying a jtagged or flashed 360 soon just to get some games free and early.
