Hopefully I'll get mine on Monday, I'm in the UK and I got an email saying it was dispatched yesterday. If i get lucky it will come early, and it might seeing as I got MW2 a day early from them aswell :carling:

its not that mom n pop stores dont care its that the law dosnt watch over them with a telescope like they do with target walmart mijer gamestop and other big stores

You do have a point, but fact of the matter is that they don't care WHY ? because it's the only way they can compete with the Best Buy's & Game-Stop's of the world it's there only edge by selling it a few days early keep in mind that's probably the only business they will get from that game with everyone ordering online, GT & Best Buy soo.
