Pick it up use whatever it is

you'll will get another Care Package after you have used what was in your first Care
Package

this only as many times as you want..

For everyone that says its fake, look at the score on the bottom left corner. 400 winning. this means 4 kills. He was also probally using hardline perk= 1 less kill for killstreaks. care package = 5 killstreak in black ops.

i can do it unlimited as long as i have special granades so use scavenger.

works for sure i just save it till i die and get a fresh nade then do it again... everyone knows tho.. so far id give multi player a 5/10, and im a HUGE cod fan. well see how it get when this is patched (soon i hope) and i unlock hardcore.
