It may say there are no people playing online in playlist. But just choose a game and you will find a lobby with other people.

It just says there are 0 people playing for some odd reason.

its not odd if you have a strict NAT type on Xbox and your playing COD it wont allow you in games and will say there is 0 people playing i would restart your router
