i got BO yesterday, but i can't make party or join games with my friends, i get Error.

anyone else have this problem or just me ?

The problem I am having is I can not connect to certain people in my FL. Not even if I send them an ivn or they send me one, My NAT is open and I have my ports forwarded the only think I could think of is that there NAT type is Moderate or Strict, anyone have any insight on this?????
