You can quickscope I have done it and am perfecting a tutorial to get it in the middle of the screen =D

Try scoping in a fixed point. say a dummys head. In mw2, you would ALWAYS scope in on the same point, now you scope in and the scope shakes ( its like the shake in mw2 after u have held for your breath for too long)
