It is a NAT issue and the ports that need to be opened have changed from those that worked for MW2. You need to set up the old Activision Port numbers (MW2 ran on the M$ Port numbers). If I am not mistaken, there is only one number that has changed. ATVI Amber was listing this info out yesterday.
