Perk Tier 1
Flack Jacket: Reduce explosive damage. Pro Effect: Immune to fire damage, can throw back frag grenades safely.
Ghost: Undetectable by spy plane and Blackbird. Pro Effect: Undetectable by aircraft, dogs, IR and sentries. No red name or crosshair when targeted.
Hardline: Killstreaks require one fewer kill. Pro effect: Can change contents of care package ONCE!
Lightweight: Move faster. Pro effect: No fall damage.
Scavenger Pick up ammo from fallen enemies and replenish lethal grenades. Pro effect: Start with extra mags, replenish tactical grenades.
Perk Tier 2
Hardened: Increased bullet penetration. Pro effect: Increased damage to aircraft and turrets, reduced flinch and recoil when shot.
Scout: Hold breath longer. Pro effect:Faster weapon switching.
Slight of hand: Faster Reloading. Pro effect: Faster ADS with NON-SCOPED WEAPONS.
Steady aim: Increased hip-fire accuracy. Pro effect: Quicker aiming after sprinting, quicker recovery from knife lunges.
Warlord: Equip two attachments on primary weapon. Pro effect: Start with one extra lethal grenade and tactical grenade (except smoke).
Perk Tier 3
Hacker: Detect enemy equipment and explosives. Pro effect: Ability to sabotage enemy equipment, turrets and crates. Invisible to motion sensors.
Marathon: Longer sprint. Pro effect: Unlimited sprint.
Ninja: Silent movement. Pro effect: Completely silent, and enemies are louder.
Second chance: Pull out your pistol before dying. Pro effect: Survive longer and team mates can revive you.
Tactical mask: Reduces the effect of flash and concussion grenades. Pro effect: Protects gas grenades, reveals locations of flashed or stunned enemies.
