looks like u hold cp then throw it, then hold r2 (with semtex) then push triangle

First get a care package and throw the marker on the floor, then immediately throw a primary or secondary grenade. After this open and use the care package and when whatever was inside has finished, you’ll notice that you’ll have another one right there ready to use again.
