They are included in the hardened and prestige editions of the game.

I can't watch videos at the moment, they just won't load :| do these maps come with the BO guns, or is it back to the WAW guns?

Personally I don't like the new map (kino), and I'd kill to have these guns on a familiar map like Der Riese xD

If you watch the video the second gun taken from the box is the bow and arrow new to this game.
