Well for 1 The server on Xbox there are over 2million users online roughly speaking. On the other hand there are 700k users on ps3 and im sure the majority of the people who are playing on ps3 atm are pissed of with the fact of the horrible lag which makes me fell like 1. either taking the game back or 2. smashing it and my tv up Lol. If you have anything to say about the Connections Aka Servers problems on Black Ops just post on this tell me what you think with the Servers Etc...

Also my Kdr has dropped from 3.02 legit to 1.23 all because of this

the only problem im having with xbox is i can't bring a party of 6 people into a game if me or my friends try and find a match it kicks 3 or 4 people from the party i hope that gets a fix ASAP...and i dont know what anyone else thinks but i think MS is the reason why the PS3 and Pc people have so many problems just like with MW2 xbox there was no problems but people i knew people with Ps3 couldnt even play

Lag is really ruining the game, i hope they also make the loading of the game a lot faster.

The lag and general online is very bad. Friends cannot join from invites and when we eventually get a party together it splits us up and kicks some people.
Summit not good with the chat either most lobbys have some weird echo so you hear what someone says 4-5 times.

Same s**t as all the other games in the COD series. Crappy servers that cant handle the traffic. They should know what its gonna be like by now.

Unless they upgrade those servers to handle the traffic, I don't see how a patch would help. There is always going to be a lot of people online at once. What they need to do is upgrade those crappy servers.

Is weird my 2 friends don't have this problem and there in my area too but have slim PS3s. It like lags/stutters every 5/10 seconds really annoying has wreaked the game for me up to now

They did internal beta testing.
They knew the volume of players from MW2.
It has to be the hard release date that did not give them enough time to fix issues.
Still no excuse...

Tonight I had a constant bombardment of connection interrupted messages everytime a game started, and it even froze for a few seconds on occasion. This needs fixing. The Call Of Duty franchise on a whole needs to understand popularity, the reason they keep giving (Modern Warfare 2 first week as well), is not an excuse. If a service is offered, then it should be provided. And besides, surely they know that anything with the Call Of Duty brand will become more popular than, erm... something popular. You get my drift

im gettin the same problems but am managing to play with no lag whatsoever now just not on my main account make another account with no friends works for me

I was surprised when everyone was saying they had lag!
