Post: They weren't joking about boosters.

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I just wanted to let everyone know that that DO BAN BOOSTERS!! I've got two people on my friends list who boosted and have been banned for 47 hours. I'm hoping the bans last longer the more they get reported.

Comments?

Someone in a demolition game with me was boosting with 2 diers (splitscreen online) I checked the leaderboards and he was #7 for team death match, I reported him but added him to see if he got banned, he got banned and reset after a couple of days Happy Then I deleted him.

Give it time, it is not something that happens instantly. Games like this are going to be reviewed whether it was reported or not.

All I can say is that I have seen on a few of the boosting sites that a number of them have been perma banned from the games. They contact Activision and all they say is for the player to go on the CODHQ site, which we all know won't go well for them.

Hey if you have a dummy account and don't mind it getting banned go for it, but I don't think I would chance my normal account for something like this.

Find me on Steam.
Boosting isn't really needed anyway, Ive been playing TDM and as most people know its one of the worst modes to get XP in and it seems really easy to level, much faster than MW2.

As for Maddmax, if you pay attention Treyarch have included the report system to be used for offensive language and emblems, so offensive emblems and language can be reported. Theres no point flaming someone online like a child just because they reported something thats reportable. If its reportable, it can be reported, simple, takes 2 seconds to report, and you dont need to have "no life" to do it. Why should we have to play games and repeatedly see players childish emblems of homemade vagina and penis, or listen to people just spam swear words over the mic. You also dont need to be a "mommy's boy" to be offended, or just to even not be offended, but want to do something between games while waiting for the next map to start. Hell, I get bored waiting, so I report people for their "against the rules" stuff.

There's also a mute option. /facepalm They'll have to turn it off eventually with everyone spamming reports for offensive lanuage. The game is rated M it isn't for children, I am certain there is foul language and rude comments made by the characters in the campaign and zombies. Perhaps I'll start randomly reporting people because I'm bored. Won't you be thrilled if you're in the lobby and something you say offends me? It doesn't say vulgarities it says offensive, maybe I'm offended by all the skulls people use in their emblems. See the problem here?
