(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Activision is submitting copyright infringements on YouTube to people who upload glitch videos for Call of Duty Black Ops...

There is not one single thing that is illegal about posting glitch videos on YouTube. Glitching is basically built INTO the game, but not intentionally. (if you know what I mean) So basically, its not altering the game, its just finding out Treyarch's mistakes in the game to play better and have fun. (MODDING is a different story)

If you all remember Call of Duty 4 with Michael Myers, that game mode was based off of glitching, and we all still had fun...

So what Activision and Treyarch is doing, is that they are punishing us for finding their mistakes that they made in the game...

I'm sure they'll listen to the possible 1000 glitchers that will take the time to go on that site and sign.

Haha they don't give two shits about petitions homie.

Some glitches are built into the game(CoD4 old school mode) and some are found to cause an unfair advantage in gameplay. So, if you use the glitch, yes you did find the developer's mistake(s) but if you release a tutorial, you are showing thousands of people how to cause an unfair advantage(under the map, elevators etc.).

Actually there is. Treyarch/Activision own the rights to the game and any footage taken of the game. Similar to broadcasting an NFL game without written consent of the NFL. Same rules apply.

I used to be a big glitcher on CoD4 but quit after Old School mode didn't return in the CoD series and glitches were used to get a "one-up" on opponents in ranked games.

Epic?
Awe-Inspiring
I think they should not block the videos but I do think it would be a good idea if they instead fixed the problems with their game quickly.
