Can’t trickshot me!
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So basically, Call of Duty: Black Ops is intellectual property that has a copyright by Treyarch/Activison
And guess what... you are granted rights under the US Constitution (if you're living in the US ofcourse) that permit a person to infringe copyrights if by doing so you are criticizing the copyrighted intellectual property. (a few other things too, such as parody etc.)
So say like, "wow, another glitch, what a fail for Treyarch, here's some footage"

HERE IS PROOF THAT YOU ARE ALLOWED TO DO THIS:

"Intellectual property (IP) is a term referring to a number of distinct types of creations of the mind for which property rights are recognized—and the corresponding fields of law.[1] Under intellectual property law, owners are granted certain exclusive rights to a variety of intangible assets, such as musical, literary, and artistic works; discoveries and inventions; and words, phrases, symbols, and designs. Common types of intellectual property include copyrights, trademarks, patents, industrial design rights and trade secrets in some jurisdictions.

The Low Key OG
still the same OG, but I've been low key
Not that they'd ever really persecute someone for this...

its not about persecuting, its about them filing for copyright infringement and taking down youtube videos... so if you put like for the youtube video description "I do not own any material in this video this video was made just to criticize the game Call of Duty: Black Ops owned by Treyarch/Activison" it should theoretically be untouched.

Keyword being "theoretically"..

IF they take it down, they are violating your rights and can contact youtube to fight it.
