Here is what I think happened;

Get the Death Machine

Get downed

Shoot all of your pistol ammo

Get revived

Unlimited ammo

The little counter at the bottom right just completely disappears, but only for the death machine. You still have limited ammo on your other guns.

no the only way it to loose it is from the thief or if u kill the thief with that in ur hands also a side note if the guy takes ur other gun and ur only left with the death gun then the only place to get another gun is the box u wont loose the death gun so dont worry and almsot forgot a nother way u can loose it is if u pick up another death gun perk then the timer gets reset

If you get another death machine power up just switch to another gun while the power up wears off and you won't lose your super portable gatling gun of terror

Hopefully this happens to me

thinks its patched on ps3 they had a server update so it will be an online patch

Nope the can hot fix it. Which means it has to be a small fix.
