.Self is for PS3... I had a thread a long time ago for MW2... which turned out to work for the 11th prestige which Judy and Trotter found... We just have to apply the method of 11th prestige and apply it to black ops...
I'd go back to Trotters thread, read up on it. Get a bugged/modded/decrypted .self file and do that for black ops. Then hopefully nothing will needed to be done to patches other then Challenge scripts etc.

It would be the .self file... so default_mp.self
