OK i was that in the first video they were using the Defcon switch a lot so i wanna know what it does bc i have no idea what it does!

If you get it to defcon 5 you get to go through one of those red portal things to the pack a punch machine

Hit four defcon switches on the second floor to make it defcon 5 to open the 115 clearance door.

Erm jugga is just outside that door lol, you don't need to open the door although as others have said, hit all the defcon switches to open it.
