Go to Game Option in Private Match.
Then Perk Editor.
Hit the "Perk 2" option.
Choose Steady AIM.
And change the value to 5%.
Don't forget to choose a class with a sniper and stady aim.

this is not quickscoping /facepalm. I have had some real quickscopes in black ops just like mw2 where you are in and out as fast as you can say quickscopes, they are hard because treyarch hated QS.

This is basically no scopes with the smallest crosshair in the world, I joined a friends session who did this, boring as sh*t, takes no skill and anyone will do it.

I suggest do this if you want to have the most boring private match of all time.

This is my opinion of it and this is NOT a glitch, I repeat NOT a glitch so this needs to be closed or moved to discussion I think.

Quickscoping is no fun alone.
