I was following the Last man Standing then the bomb blew up and so did my RCXD killing the guy. The next round came and I had another RCXD... Yeah it blows up when round is over so yeah.... if u hit a guy with it then ur lucky.

No it's not just luck. It is actually a glitch.
When the round ends, any killstreak your using gets put away, But RC-xD's get blown up.

At the start of the next round, you get it back.

This doesn't work on TDM because it's not rounds.
