I didn't get a chance to watch it but my tips are pretty straight-forward;
I like to just control the map layout, if we are defending, the best illustration is to just C4 A-B and control the other, I usually put one C4 on top of the bomb layout, and the other on a commonly used hiding place used to watch the bomb.
I like to roll with silencers, AK74u with warlord with grip and a suppressor is pretty good, grip helps balance out the weapon and the silencer helps make my opponents clueless. Other good weapons are the Famas with RDS (Ghost, Hardened, Hacker), or GALIL with a suppressor.
Useful perks:
Marathon/Hacker
Most underused perk:
Flak Jacket - I have seen one user use this perk, and that's only because I had it on, its really useful if you are the type that nade spams in the beginning which is REALLY important considering it requires minimal rush and sometimes jumping which uppers your chances of getting killed. But with this perk, 2x Semtex's weren't able to stop me.
