I have noticed that story is quite similar, through both storys you lead to believe that the co-star is real.

In BO Viktor Resnov died in the escape of Vertuka but through the story Mason believes him to be alive still. In the ending it is shown to him how Viktor was just a part of his imagination.

In Fight Club they introduce Brad Pitt as a real person and you are lead to believe through the whole movie that Brad is a real person. It is only in the end that when the main character( can't recall his name) goes searching for Brad that he finds out that they are the same person. Then he puts it all together and it shows how they were the same person.

Has anyone else noticed the simlarities?
