Theres No Other Threads On This So I Thought Id Make A TuT.

So First Off Go Into Ps3 / Xbox Live > Private Match

Then Choose A Game Mode Prefferably Free-For-All.

Scroll Down And Choose Any Map Then If You Scroll Down Further There Will Be A Tab Called Edit Game Options Go Into That.

Change Time Limit And Score Limit To Whatever You Want.

Then Go Down To Class Editor Change It To Custom Classes.

Now You Should Get 10 Classes Select A Class And Change The Gun, Camo And Attachment To Whatever You Want.

Then Underneath The Class Editor Theres Perk Editor If You Select That You Can Edit Your Perks And Effectiveness OF Them. E.g Change Lightweight To 2x Faster For Faster Sprint.

People call this SETTINGS modded lobbies. Because they are not smart enough to open the menus and look for options >.>

ummm but there is no option to get rid of a primary weapon or secondary and just use pistols or snipers
