I called in a care package that had Valkyrie Rockets, and I shot it once but accidentally hit a wall right in front of me, killing myself.

I noticed that I completed the challenge for calling in 5 Valkyrie rockets, and when I re-spawned I came back with fully equiped rockets.

So all you have to do is get Valkyrie rockets, and shoot it and blow yourself up, respawn and repeat. I know it will affect your KDR, but it's very very easy XP, and there's not even an overall KDR so it's really not that bad.

It's not BS. I've done it multiple times.

Does it look like I'm getting a massive amount of rep from this? I was just proud of myself for finding my first glitch. It worked for me, and I shouldn't have to go completely out of my way to upload a video just to prove it to some random person that doubts me.
