There's no offline combat training(and need to have internet on and signed in to use CT) so I'd say definitely server.

CT is online because in MW2 in splitscreen you could hack and unlock everything, so I think that is why they made CT online

I think it was a bad move on Treyarch's part to make it online only. :FU: Splitscreen modding didn't give you any benefits online and neither could Combat Training.

Yeah I agree, I think Treyarch has tried to hard and thinks they are jesus because they made a COD game

I can give give you all titles from my combat training mod, and 15th on CT as well, add me for details, GT: THG Dr Mario

EDIT: This also gives you all emblems.
